Welcome to the Northern Costume Build Shop, if you are already familiar with our facilities, you know that we have been offering our services since 2020. That’s more than 3 years of experience! And in Corona Virus times - 10,000 years!

We are a leading build house in the entertainment industry. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will work hand in hand with your crew to provide you with all the costumes you need to complete your production – from head to toe we are with you all the way.

Returns Policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges in our stores within 60 days of purchase with original receipt, tags and packaging. If you purchased items online at claires.com, you may return them to us by following the instructions on the back of your invoice, also detailed below. At this time, we cannot process exchanges online and store purchases cannot be returned by shipment. Shipping, handling, and surcharges are not refundable. In interest of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewelry sets containing earrings or real body jewelry unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

By Shipment: If you ordered your merchandise from us online and would like to make a return by mail, include the merchandise in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging, along with the return form provided in your order shipment. Please send your return via carrier of your choice to the address below. Northern does not offer prepaid labels for return shipping. If we ship an incorrect, defective, or damaged item we will issue a refund for the return shipping charge via a Northern gift card. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method.
